Summer is here! I hope anyway. I made this shake (I’m calling it a shake because it was so thick I had to eat a lot of it with a spoon) and I had to share it with you!
- 1 banana, cut into chunks and frozen
- 280g/10z of mango cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1/2 cup/4 fl oz unsweetened nut milk
- Put all your ingredients into a blender and blend on high or use the smoothie setting.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
